2030/31 – End of Season Update

20 June 2031
Vercelli, Italy

All things considered, we had a storming season. I was hoping to secure a play-off spot and we wildly overshot – winning the title and promotion to Serie A next season. We were also competitive in the TIM Cup, reaching the quarter finals.

Against all odds we fought our way into the quarter final where we were defeated by Lazio.

A.C. Milan won the competition, beating our nemesis Lazio 3-1 in the final.

Serie B

A barnstorming second half of the season saw us win the competition with a game to spare.

Top Performers

“Zo” was signed in January and was a big part of the teams success in the second half of the season.

Young Belgium striker “Roto” put in a good shift, scoring 31 goals in all competitions.

“Curlz” was another player who impressed, bagging 19 goals and providing 19 assists.

“Tito”, our smiling assassin, was one of the rocks at the back. He is one who may struggle to handle the jump to Serie A however.

Young New Zealander “Macho” rounds out our top five players. He put in a shift and I predict that he can only improve.

Player Ratings

Serie B Manager of the Year

It was pleasing to pick up another Manager of the Year award.

Champions League

Liverpool added another Champions League victory to their record. I count this as partly my victory as their starting lineup featured all players I had signed to the club.

Next Season

We have made the step up, and now need to consolidate. I am confident that the squad can compete, and we won’t need to add too many more players to be safe from relegation.
