As I have mentioned many times during the course of the season, I had decided to leave the club after the Champions League Final. It was not an easy decision, however the desire for a new challenge was building and I had achieved all I could at the club.
I have no plans as to what I will do. However, as soon as I know myself you will be the first to find out!

Career History
Five years at a club is a sufficient length of time in the context of a career. I am in this game to see the world, and while Liverpool afforded me a chance to make may trips overseas as we took part in the competitions its not the same. So, after much agonising, I decided the time was right to move on.
