Mr BadDragon has continued his impressive record of winning Champions League groups as Liverpool win group H. Liverpool did enough to get a 1-0 victory over Basel, and see themselves through to the knockout phase of the competition for the third year running.
BadDragon has finished top of every champions league group his sides have competed in. This also includes the African and Asian competitions which he has won with Jomo Cosmos and Newcastle Jets. He has yet to win the European Champions League, having lost a final to Chelsea while managing Anderlecht.

Another group stage wrapped up. What was impressive is that we managed to do this with what ammounted to a ‘B’ Team line-up. We have also managed to open up a good lead in the Premier Leauge and so I will be evaluating the goals for the season once we get to the end of December.
Blow by Blow
F.A. Cup 3rd Round Draw
Crystal Palace represent a favourable draw. Not the easiest team to play, but one we should beat.
Champions League – Group H – Match 6/6
We have already qualified so all that remains is to decide who wins the group.
I have decided to change things up a little here. I just feel it is important to not be too predictable.
Well we got the win despite our best efforts to not score goals. I took a few chances and although they didn’t come off we got the win.
Champions League Results
Real Madrid beat Juventus in a tight contest.
The Milan and Dinamo Zagreb draw consigned Dortmund to the Europa League.
Final Group Standings
Dortmund fail to qualify in what was a really tight group. Group B was almost the same as last seasons Group H with Sevilla taking our place.
Premier League – Match 14/38
Next up we have Norwich City who are flirting with relegation yet area win away from the top half of the table.
Once again we have our best side on the park. I have a little surprise prepared for Norwich as the game unfolds.
Well the experiment worked sort of. We were good, but not great. Still three points is three points.
Premier League – Match 15/38
Fulham are sitting in 13th place and have been struggling to get wins. I see no reason to let them back into the game.
For the first time this season we field an unchanged line-up.
We started slowly, but after I changed up to a slightly different formation it was one way travel.
Capital One Cup – Quarter Final
Next up we have Manchester City in the Capital One Cup. I am torn between sticking to my plan and chasing all titles again.
It’s the Capital One Cup. I will stick with the plan. The ‘B’ Team will have to deliver.
We got a little lucky. On another day it could have been a different matter. Still a win is a win and we are still alive in the competition.
Capital One Cup – Semi Final Draw
Good News. We have avoided Arsenal again. Bad News. Last time we met these boys in a semifinal it ended in tears.
Champions League – 1st Knoxkout Round Draw
Barcelona will not be an easy tie. Then again there are no easy ties now.
Premier League – Match 16/38
Tottenham are a shadow of their former selves. They are still formidable so there is no room for error.
As long as this line-up is fit and keeps winning, it will not be changed. Simple enough plan really.
We won ugly. Yes it was ugly. It was however a win, which makes it sixteen on the bounce in the league this season.
Five from five with three clean sheets. The dream continues.
Ten points clear at the top in a very strange season.
Champions League – Group H
Confirming the top placed finish in Group H.
The big game of the year sees us face Manchester United. We also have Crystal Palace, Cardiff City, and Watford.
