148: Liverpool remain undefeated

28 September 2026
Liverpool, England

Liverpool Manager, Mr BadDragon, appears to have awoken the sleeping giant as Liverpool pull out a good series of results to bag four wins in all competitions.

The fans have been singing his praises as new signing “Hero” is living up to his name and has bagged six goals in five matches.

Well we have put together a good run of results. It is early days yet however we have been playing well and I like how the squad is tracking.

Blow by Blow

Champions League – Group E – Match 1/6

First game of the Champions league and we are searching for our first win. I turned down the chance to manage Milan two seasons ago so this match has meaning. Milan and Liverpool have both had average starts to the season.

This is the best side I can field today. “Volkan” gets to make his first start for the club in a crunch tie.

Wonder of wonders, miracle of miracles! We have a win. They were perhaps the better side however “Sim” was superb in goal.  “Hero” bagged his first goal for the club.

Champions League Results

No real surprises here. PSG were too good for Arsenal in the match of the round.

Anderlecht got a win. Real Madrid hammered Celtic. Chelsea and Porto went toe to toe.

Premier League – Match 5/38

It is time for us to knock up a league win.

I opt to field an unchanged side and will be heavily rotating for the Capital One Cup match.

“Hero” lived up to his name and bagged a double as we spanked Reading 3-1. We have started to find our form.

Capital One Cup – 3rd Round

We have drawn Swansea city in the Capital One cup. The pundits believe that we should be too strong for the Swans however we need to rest players.

Due to our injury issues we will be fielding a much depleted side today. “Hardy” is back after his illness and so makes the bench.

A game of three stanza’s. We went three goals up only to give two back in quick time. The second half was all ours as we restored the three goal cushion to advance the the fourth round.

Team News

Capital One Cup – Round 4 Draw

In a repeat of last season we get to travel to the Emirates to play Arsenal.

Premier League – Match 6/38

Nottingham Forest are the next visitors to Anfield in a game we have to win. This team seems to like having their backs against the wall.

We put out a strong side today. “Trickles” is almost back and will be on the bench next match. “Volkan” gets a chance to show what he has to offer.

“Hero” bagged a hat-trick with two penalties in what was a tight battle. It took us a while to get ahead however once ahead we were comfortable. The late goal took the gloss off the result.

Results Summary

Four wins this episode appears to signify a return to form.

League Table

We are now the only undefeated side in the Premier League, and have clawed our way back up to 6th place.
