Liverpool, England
The Liverpool recovery continues as Mr BadDragon has guided the reds past Southampton and into the fourth round with an emphatic victory.
His transformation of last season beaten Europa League finalists has been nothing short of amazing. This is especially true folllowing the horrid start they had to the campaign where they went nine games without a win.

We are still alive in the cup and playing really good football to boot. Admittedly we have had some luck, but you need a little of that if you are going to win competitions.
Blow by Blow
Premier League – Match 18/38
Next up is a visit to Wales to take on Swansea City. We just need to keep the momentum up and results should take care of themselves.
“Flavio” is on the bench following his knock, while I have tweaked the midfield places slightly.
We struggled in front of goal, finding the net twice from offside positions. Another two points lost in reality.
Premier League – Match 19/38
Match 19 sees us playing against Watford. We have been poor in front of goal lately and need to pick things up.
I have stuck with the same two up top and hope they can do the business. Other than that we field much of the usual suspects.
This was a most pleasing performance. We did what we had to do and kept the unbeaten run going.
Transfer News
As much as I wanted him, the club just didn’t have the transfer budget and he was out of our reach.
F.A. Cup – Third Round
Southampton are up next in the F.A.Cup third round. They are top in the Championship so it won’t be an easy game.
“Loz” is pretty knackered so “Kurl” comes in up top. “Andy” gets a start at right back and “Mugsy” starts in goal. Some new signings make up the bench to let me have a look at them.
Well that was fairly comfortable. “Tan” did well and we had five different goal scorers which is pleasing.
Team News
“Kevster” had been with the club for only 3 days however I decided that it was good to give him some minutes.
F.A. Cup Draw
Next up we play Peterborough United away. Should be a good game.
Premier League – Match 20/38
Norwich City come to visit on the back of a 5-0 drubbing by Aston Villa. Last time out we managed a 1-0 victory.
We field a top strength line-up. I still haven’t decided on my first choice midfield but this is close.
Norwich made it hard for us and we had to battle for the win. In the end a couple of moments of brilliance were the difference.
Team News
After the start we put in I have exceeded all my wildest dreams. I expected to be battling to turn things around an yet it is like night and day.
Results Summary
Another three wins and a draw see us now in third place.
League Table
Third place at the moment although we can’t relax as there is a long way to go.
Next Episode
Three mid table sides and Peterborough United in the F.A. Cup await.
