Anderlecht, Belgium
Hi there, FM Followers. My name is Toodee Timmee and I am bringing you news updates from FM’s newest channel Bengal FM Digital.
In todays episode we showcase the Anderlecht side managed by Mr BadDragon. This team is proving to be of almost monolithic proportions and sweeping all before them this season.
The one disappointment for the side is they lack the mental toughness to progress beyond the Quarter Finals of the Champions League. Can Mr BadDragon slay this beast and elevate the side to a whole new level this season.

That sums up my objectives this season, and explains why I turned down the A.C.Milan job. It’s not that the step up was too vast, but rather that I have unfinished business here with Anderlecht.
So sit back and enjoy the first episode of the 2024/25 season!
Blow by Blow
Jupiler Pro League – Match 1/30
We open the season against Standard de Liege. I am looking for us to open with a good result.
Same side as last time. “Alex” is back in training but low in fitness.
We went 1-0 down and then turned things around in spectacular fashion. A hat-trick to “Benny Jets” sees him off to another strong start to the season.
Jupiler Pro League – Match 2/30
Leuven is next up. It is important to build the momentum this season.
Already the pecking order is altering with “James” slipping down the order to be replaced by “Rommel”, with “Karioke” on the bench “Alex” is back on the bench as well.
A double by “Mookee”, plus goals for “Trickles”, “Doctor” and “Westie” saw us demolish Leuven comfortably.
Team News
This boy is developing nicely, and with the fall down the pecking order of “James”, “Karioke” is competing with “James” for number three CB.
Jupiler Pro League – Match 3/30
The big game of the season early on. We need to win this to show our intentions.
“Rommel” retains his position in the side while “Alex” makes his first start for the season. “Karioke” is on the bench.
We laid down a marker in the quest for a third title when we beat Genk 1-0. It wasn’t a vintage display by the boys, but sometimes you have to win hard.
Injury Update
We have suffered the indignity of a broken “Cup”. Ok, so maybe only slightly cracked!
Transfer News
“Sado” was never going to feature as a first team player, and with him wanting playing time it was the right time to move him out.
Team News
“Karioke” puts pen to paper on a new deal. Still a bargain at 7.25K pre week.
Jupiler Pro League – Match 4/30
Kortrijk have not beaten us for almost seven years. I am not feeling benevolent and see no reason to let them win today.
“Karioke” gets his first start for the club, and “Flavio” gets a start at leftback. We also feature a fully rotated front three. “S.V.H.” is on the bench as backup central defender.
“Xu” had been demanding first team game time, and when I let him on the pitch he bags a double! Having three strikers banging in goals is a good problem to have.
Results Summary
Four from four with only one goal conceded. Almost the prefect start to the season.
League Table
One of only two undefeated sides in the league.
Next Episode
Battle of the undefeated teams plus the opening Champions League group match. The draw will be in next episode as well.
